Custom Waterfront Getaway

Everything in this custom new build was built with the couple’s family in mind. The owners of this stunning waterfront residence have a primary home in Atlanta and use this spectacular Daniel Island home as a weekend getaway. The goal of this home was to serve as a gathering hub for their adult children, extended family, and friends to visit and connect. The JLV team worked closely with local custom builder, Novella Homes, and Cobb Architects to design a space that offered a fresh take on luxury yet at the same time, infused a timeless look and feel that would stand the test of time for their multi-generational family.
